Strategic Planning

The firm assists its clients in the development of their business and generally follows on from our business assessment service. We project manage/facilitate the directors of the business in preparing a five to ten year business plan which incorporates 'an agreed strategy' which all of the directors buy into and this plan has an integrated projected profit and loss account, monthly and annual cash flow projections and projected balance sheets. Systems are put in place to facilitate the directors to manage the performance of their business against the strategic plan and the plan itself becomes a 'rolling plan' which is adjusted on a monthly basis having reviewed the performance against budget in the previous month and thus introduces a critical financial management of the business on an ongoing basis.

Our consultants have operated together with management in building strategic plans, month to month reviews and re-assessment of same, ensuring management can be expanded to match growth and in this way real benefits are realised, ensuring individual clients becoming market leaders in their field.
