We specialize in recovering Secured & Unsecured Commercial Debts from customers of Clients. Our experience would indicate that delinquent accounts if pursued swiftly will in most cases result in the recovery of most of the outstanding amount. Failure to act accordingly may result in pursuit of a non recoverable amount.

Our initial approach will include a direct meeting with the debtor. We carry out the various legal searches and CRO checks. We advise the directors of the Client's Customer of their responsibility and exposure if trading while insolvent and thereby being in breach of the Companies Act 1963 to 2006. If in breach, Directors may be held personally liable for the debts of the company and be restricted or disqualified from acting as a Director of any other Companies.

We obtain copies of the debtor's latest management and audited accounts. We carry out a detailed analysis of same and review bank and cash flow forecasts to establish collectaibility of the Debt. We compare this with our estimated recovery level through a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation or Examinership.

If necessary where liquid funds are not available, we will look at assignment of property, plant and equipment or other tangible assets to satisfy the debt.

It is in the creditor's best interest to optimize recovery prior to the debtor seeking a voluntary liquidation. Unsecured creditors can expect at best a very small dividend on liquidation.

A formal or informal scheme of arrangement may be an alternative where we broker an agreement for all creditors of the Debtor. This may be suitable where there is a small amount of large creditors in the Debtor's Company.
