Customer Experience Review

In today's challenging economic climate, customers are becoming less forgiving about service deficiencies. Their loyalties to existing companies have been diminished and they are more likely to move their business elsewhere if they feel they are not getting the best value or service possible. It is vital to understand how your customers needs have changed and what you need to change in your own business to continue to meet them.

A Customer Experience Review is a very effective ways of ensuring that your company is doing everything it can to give your customers reasons to continue doing business with you. This review will focus on really understanding the needs and requirements of your existing and potential customers. It will look at the journey every customers takes (from discovering your product/service, evaluating it, purchasing it, using it, recommending it etc.) and identify any roadblocks that could stop a customer from making a purchase. It will also involve competitive analysis to see how other companies with similar products/services are interacting with their customers.
